Mounted directly on the drive shafts, the handwheels are the most practical and effective solution wherever it is necessary to manually manage the opening or closing of industrial machinery and mechanisms – such as drills, cutters or hydraulic pumps – as well as for any kind of adjustment on sanitary equipment (adjustable beds and beds), sports equipment (fitness equipment), amusement equipment (rides, rickshaw) or work equipment.

Types of material handwheels

THERMOPLASTIC handwheels: suitable for a very large number of applications thanks to the properties of the glass fiber reinforced polymer; matt sandblasted finish (MAT).
BAKELITE handwheels: high mechanical performance and more heat resistant than standard thermoplastic; polished finish.
ALUMINUM handwheels: Elegant, strong and high-performing, particularly suitable for very heavy handling and as a fine aesthetic finish.

Standard dimensions available in fast delivery

> Thermoplastic handwheels: diameter from 100 to 375 mm
> Bakelite handwheels: diameter from 50 to 300 mm
> Aluminum handwheels: Diameter from 80 to 400 mm

Customized handwheels

By size

We can design and produce special supplies of handwheels and other maneuvering elements upon request with different diameters, tolerances and features (e.g. threaded or smooth hole).

By color

The thermoplastic handwheels can be produced in the RAL colors indicated in the tables of each product or on request also in other personalized shades.
